These are the current packs of meat we sell:

1. Quarter Beef Pack $8.10/carcase kilo.

This is most economical option in purchasing beef. The 1/4 pack is sold inclusive of carcase bone. The weights of these quarters will vary between 40kg - 60kg. The amount of meat you will receive is dependent on your quarter size, however as a guide, a 50kg quarter will fill about 6.5 shopping bag full of meat and nearly 2 bags of bones.

Once the quarter has been boned out, it will constitute approx. 70%-75% of edible meat.

Each quarter consists of approx: 35% steak, 25% Roasts,10% Casserole/braising and 30% of sausages and gourmet mince. It is packed into 2 portion services e.g.two steaks per pack, 500gm mince, roasts of approx 1.5kg and 6 sausages per tray.

We offer the options of the Silverside corned or fresh and; Gluten, Preservative Free Sausages or Barleyfield beef sausages.

Some of the carcase bones are available if requested.

The meats are trayed, labelled and then frozen to protect their integrity.

2. Mixed Pack with Beef, Lamb, Pork & Chicken $350.

This pack consists of approx.12.5kg or Barleyfield Beef, approx. 10kg Lamb, approx. 3.5kg of Free Range Pork and approx. 3.5kg of Free Range Chicken. (usually 2 whole chickens, but may also contain some pieces)

3. Full Body or Side of Lamb $12.50/carcase kilo.

Full body of lamb is approx. 20kg

A Side of Lamb consists of 2 x Roasts, Loin Chops, Rack of Lamb, Forequarter Cutlets, Shank, Spare Ribs, Neck, Lamb Sausages.

4. Full Body or Side of Free Range Pork $10.50/carcase kilo.

Full body of pork is approx. 35kg - 45kg

5. Mini Barleyfield Beef Pack $100.

This pack consists of 1.5kg Topside roast, 1kg Sirloin steak, 1kg Rump Steak, 1kg BBQ steak, 1kg Diced beef, 1.5kg corned beef, 2kg gourmet mince, 1kg Gluten/Preservative free Barleyfield beef sausages, 1kg Barleyfield BBQ sausages.

7. Grass Fed
The animals have been raised entirely on grass pastures without grain, chemicals or antibiotics.
Suitable for people with specific dietary requirements or those who prefer the more robust flavour.
Our selection of the suitable animals is dependent on genetics and also the quality of the pastures on which the animal has been grazing. Our animals will only meet this exacting standard from late winter to early summer.
