Barleyfield Beef is premium quality grain-fed and when available, grass fed, beef, bred and nurtured on our farm in Gingin. All the beef is hung on the bone prior to being cut up. This process naturally increases the tenderness and the flavour in the meat. All grain (barley and wheat) used is grown in Western Australia.
